Overall - well-run place with efficient staff from parking security officer to front desk to chambermaid. Convenient location, colourful area. Easy walk to a luxury shopping mall.

the location was comfy for my stay, 900 feet from alor street. wake-up service, available in my deluxe king room, was a nice bonus. the staff was very amiable, they provided an amazing service.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very friendly.

Thanks you all! Central location close enough to the food markets, shopping and transportation, the city centre close to all important places and Jalan Alor and the bar area, and eateries and a cinema are near to the hotel. It's not too far away from Srirekha, spent evening there.
Their breakfast is fairly basic, can be much better.

Tasty and varied breakfast on the spot was available. The staff was accommodating, offered us wake up service and ironing free of charge. It was in a marvellous and lovely location with Alor Street nearby. Eateries and a cinema were located near to the hotel.
